If someone is one of us they know right away the first time they go to work with a macebell.It's not for everyone and thats fine because it IS for us and the Macebell Nation leads the way!!

One of the biggest things to that we can do is to take it offline and hit the streets. Rik, who is one of our first CMMs and a RKC to boot, trains people outside and made mention to me that when you swing your Macebell in public it certainly draws a crowd.

I can attest to this, when I was invited to demonstrate the Macebell at the Long Beach Car Show and then the MMA Expo you'd be shocked at how many people find you and ask questions... This might be a good business idea for you personal trainers out there!

I am hoping to get the DVD, Fundamentals of Macebell Strength Training into you guys' hands in the next month or so, there are a ton of exercises to be done with the Macebell that will kick your ass, guaranteed!; ▶ Reply to This
