Hi folks,

I just got the 7.5 kg macebell I donated to our MMA gym. Our coach is adding 360s, 10 to 2s, and some mjolnirs on tires to our next weight training protocol. Should be good fun...

If you guys have any suggestions regarding MMA specific exercises you've used, post them here.

Try this place bell to your side towards the back of your foot. Now pick the bell straight up overhead then down to the other side same position as start then repeat. Your rotation for take downs will be explosive. You will gain speed with this but to start go slow.

With my 15 yes but I am sure this can be done with one hand you can definately try.
