Macebell Sport Tournament Pre-Official Announcement!

Ok Maniacs!

This is a PRE-Official Announcement for the first Macebell Sport Video Tournament. Here is the idea. I want to host this after Christmas just in case anyone is getting a Macebell for the holidays :) I want to give you a good solid month of swinging and then your first competition!

So about Febuary 2010 I want to host the video tournament. Probably the last week of February I will have people send in their video submissions.

There will be 5kg-10kg-15kg divisions and men and women divisions.

There will be two competitions. 10-2 swings and 360 swings for reps. The time duration will be 5 minutes each.

Let me know what you all think and if I get enough interest I will make the "official" announcement... but go ahead and consider yourself on notice :)

Speaking of homemade macebells I highly recommend my anchorbell which I posted here but recently made two more along the lines of the real macebell sold here and there is no comparison. So if you want to make your own go for it but don't convince yourself it is as good as the real thing, because it probably is not. I will be purchasing one someday I hope.
