If you all have not figured out yet I am a training junkie!! So I am going to give you all a workout for the fearless!!!

First of all get the warm-up done!
Second Hindu squats x 300 break it up if you have to
Third hit 10 to 2's x 20 ea
Fourth Mjorners x 2min per side/ 1min overhead
Fifth Hindu push-ups x 50 & Handstand push-ups x 5-10
Sixth single leg dead {macebell on shoulder of foot on ground} x 30 per let off ground leg do same as a speed skater movement
Seventh 360's x 100 break it up if you have to, go in both directions this will keep you balanced
Eighth kayaks x 50
Ninth gravediggers x 3 min ea
Tenth lateral hops x 2 min

Any questions let me know! Do this with not over 45 sec breaks between ea exercise....
