- Thanks Jake! I have a question for those who have been doing Macebell Mjolnirs. I don't have tires right now, but I have been trying to mimick the hammer swing without the tires. Of course, this means I can't explode and do it as quickly, but i'm still doing the swinging action like a hammer, but stopping before I hit the ground. Is this still effective? It sure feels like it is. Between the Mjolnirs and gravediggers my forearms (especially) feel like they are getting a workout like they've never experienced before, it's awesome.
