You could try slow motion 360s or 10 to 2s. I have to choke up to do it, but I get a pretty strong lat burn when I do slow motion 360s with my 10kg.

Any suggestions on how to use a macebell for lat development. I mean I feel it in my shoulders and forearms when I swing but any go to excercises to help improve lat strength and development.

I've competed in Highland Games hammer throws, but not using a Torque macebell. I have to say, it's one of my favorite events! :) A throwing version of the macebell would be awesome - perhaps with a rounded end on the handle so that it doesn't dig…

I have done this with the 15kg mace but you have to be very carefull on release because the handle will eat your hand. I have never measured I will though and will let you know. Heath

Let's try this again!! If you are trying to get larger and stronger keep your rep range around 1 to 5 for 6 to 10 sets with your core lifts and 5 to 10 for 2 to 4 sets for your support exercises. You can do the macebell work for active recovery on y…

Hi was wondering if anyone has done the highland hammer toss with a mace? I've done before and I actually think it is one of the funnest things I have done with, plus I feel it is a good way to work on being explosive. Just wondering if anyone else…
