Hello my name is Rock.Just moved to Virginia Beach from Peoria,IL.
I'm a former Marine,boxing,mma,and toughman competitor.
I have 2 beautiful chidren Victoria and Joshua
What is your favorite aspect of Macebell Strength Training?
I love the range of motion and the way the mace builds strength in your grip,forearms,core,and shoulders as well as it can build endurance on a physical and mental level.
I found it can be very addicting!
