I agree with GhengiSean. The breath patern of holding in the lower abdomin and keeping the core solid while the bell archs downward behind the back and out as the bell comes up over the shoulder is the best way for me too. Especialy with the 45lber…

Train in Russian Martial Art - Systema. Use kettlebell and clubbell to supplement body weight training. Looking forward to getting going on swinging the mace.......
What is your favorite aspect of Macebell Strength Training?
Initial impression - looks gruelling. After actually trying it - IT IS GRUELLING!!! Provides great opportunity to train body, breath and mind. Very simple yet very challenging!!!
