When did you starting swinging the Macebell?

About Me:

Law Student, 33 years old, UK Citizen, height 5'10", weight 154lbs. Found out about Macebells on the 16th August, started making one on the 17th. Really enjoy making my own exercise equipment...2 medicine balls (16lbs/24lbs), a kettlebell (35lbs) and now a Macebell (unknown weight as yet, the cement is still drying)....just love those awquard objects.

What is your favorite aspect of Macebell Strength Training?

I'm really looking forward to experiencing the Macebell as a new peice of equipment.

Yeah, very new to Systema - been at it about a year and a half. Help run a training group over here in Auckland, NZ. Check our website if you're bumping around the net - www.systemanz.com

Had practiced various martial arts - primarily Yin Style BaGuaZhang for about ten years......but found I wasn't getting what I was looking for until I happened upon Systema! So, now focus only on the System.

We work with the help of Australian instructor - Dave QUAILE (Aussie's longest standing instructor) as there are no certified instructors in NZ (YET!!!). We get out to seminars in Aussie when we can and have had great help from Vlad and the worldwide community in general.

Feel like I'm just touching the tip of the iceberg when it comes to Systema skills......this is a exciting prospect as I can already see the benefits of the practice!!!

Hope the mace swinging is going well. It's a real ass-kicker, for sure!!!
