When did you starting swinging the Macebell?

About Me:

I am a personal trainer,I use kettlebells-clubs-sandbags-dragging sled-
and the MACEBELL!
I love training with brutal,old time implements.
I hope Jake makes a Macebell dvd!

What is your favorite aspect of Macebell Strength Training?

I like the fact that it is not easy to learn--keeps the wannabees away.
I love that it works my shoulders,core,and it blasts my grip!
Its not for everyone and pretty boy bodybuilders who can't even move a
couch are afraid of the pure,brutal hard work.

I do hope to put some videos on the site in the future, but for now I am not readyu to enter the contest, I am just not strong enough yet. Ihave to say I am amazed at how much I am progressing right now, but I have a long way to go yet. For me, martial arts, especially punching n kicking are the main focus, allthough I have to say that I feel myself rehearsing the 360 in my mind, constantly n automaticly, so maybe that is a sign of getting hooked on the macebellswinging. Sorry for the late reply, but right now we are busy building n organising our gym. We have so much great trainig stuff n knowledge, nobody knows about, so we are trying to let the world know about it and try to promote great training like the macebell swinging. The person who was printing our t-shirts, let us down, but as soon as we have some, I will let u know. Hiversum is in the center of our country, our center of television broadcasting, very nice and affluent, hope u did get a chance to visit it. I wanted to start swinging with a macebell lighter than 5 kgs.Unfortunately I could nt get that in Hungary, so I am having one made.At the same time bought an 5 kg "big" macebell yesterday and tried swinging. wheeeew.
One thing I must not forget is that I my weight is 48 kgs and I am a woman.Otherwise I have asked Peter (our RKC team leader here) to teach me and correct, hope he has time soon. Until that I am watching videos, studying, swinging small quantities and paying attention. :-)

Finding an RKC anywhere is like a drop of water in the desert...
I also hope macebells will open some new doors.
Yet kettlebells are ultimate love, Macebell has "somethin'", I dunno yet what, but I guess I will, soon. :-)
