About Me:
I am a personal trainer,I use kettlebells-clubs-sandbags-dragging sled-
and the MACEBELL!
I love training with brutal, old time implements.
I hope Jake makes a Macebell dvd!
What is your favorite aspect of Macebell Strength Training?
I like the fact that it is not easy to learn--keeps the wannabees away.
I love that it works my shoulders, core, and it blasts my grip!
Its not for everyone and pretty boy bodybuilders who can't even move a
couch are afraid of the pure, brutal hard work.

Hello Rik,
I entered a gift or whatever to you a few minutes ago,if you did not get it,this is
what I attempted to say,worked out throwing a 60lb heavy bag around,doing
Macebell Work with my 18lb Bar and getting stronger. My son made me a28lb
Macebell that I am using for Heavy Athletics, using my Kettlebells and running.

Rik, the macebell is an amazing tool. It is a great complement to my KBs, and it's making me stronger with them. From a personal fitness point-of-view, I would call this another one of those life-changing fitness events (one of those pivotal discoveries that I can look back on - like kettlebells).

Since taking to the outdoors with the mace, I am getting to know my neighbors better, and the girl upstairs invited me over. Thanks, Macebell! :)

Thanx man, I just made a new one last night.. got it right at 7.5lbs, concrete in a an old N.O. Explode container! Not pretty by any means, but very functional. I will post a pic or two as soon as I get my camera set up here in a day or two.

hi Rick, I want to thank u for the dvd, I received it a few days ago, and enjoyed watching it from beginning to end. great simple, explanation for the scorpionstretch, and a lot of kettlebell exercises. The only criticism I would have, is that u call it a basic, but with the varieties and the workout, I feel, it easily could be called "from bacic to all u ever need ". I have seen n own a lot of kettlebell dvds and this was a well done 1. For me there was 1 other thing funny about it too. U still must have some dutch blood being active inside of u, because if u woujld gell that this dvd was shot in Hilversum, I would have believed u. Very similar of how Hollland looks like in many places here. Thanx again n keep up the good work. Carlo

Hello,
Thankyou for the note, due to my wife putting her foot down I have to sell some
fitness equipment before I get a Macebell from Torque Athletic, seeing you on
Mr.Shannons' Dvd you are definitely well respected.

Thanks for the info. I got into KBs about 2 years ago, and those have changed my life. This Macebell looks really interesting. I am really looking forward to trying out my new Mace when it comes in!

Hi Rick, tahnk u for ur offer, my adress is
C.Thuvis A.v.Hobokenstr.22 3161ks Rhoon the Netherlands
I do hope to put some videos on the site in the future, but for now I am not readyu to enter the contest, I am just not strong enough yet. Ihave to say I am amazed at how much I am progressing right now, but I have a long way to go yet. For me, martial arts, especially punching n kicking are the main focus, allthough I have to say that I feel myself rehearsing the 360 in my mind, constantly n automaticly, so maybe that is a sign of getting hooked on the macebellswinging. Anyway thanx for the dvd n I will let u know about it. greetibgs carlo
