When did you starting swinging the Macebell?

About Me:

I am Jake's wife and we have a 2 year old daughter named Leona and another on the way.

I have my own business and work as a consultant for the Amusement industry, I also run my own animal rescue charity.

I work out with my husband when I can, and helped run our gym in So Cal. I was looking forward to swinging the Mace when all the snow melted, but I am afraid I won't be able to do it for a bit, my baby belly is gonna get in the way!

What is your favorite aspect of Macebell Strength Training?

I love the 360's!
