Yeah, these are custom made from steel shotput spheres, and steel pipes with a stop-ring at the bottom. I did weld the together (using electrofusion) but didn't have any problems while doing so. It's been about a year and a half now, with almost eve…

are these custom? did you screw them in or weld them? what is your steel ball source? i just build one with a steel shotput...what i didn't think of was the lead inside melts far sooner than the steel outside...so it literally shot molten lead at us…

Born a graphic designer. Training wrestling and martial arts as a hobby and working out with a 3kg and a 6kg macebell 3-4 times a week.

What is your favorite aspect of Macebell Strength Training?

That it has a variety of weights to choose from, I can workout my entire body with just one fantastic "tool" and that it uses an aerobic, free motion...I can use it outside the house, inside the house, to the gym...everywhere!
