I say why only go halfway with spikes on the bell? Put spikes on the handle..maybe instead of a flat bottom put a mega spike.

My Name is Warren, just your average gladiator style DC Personal Trainer/ Super Hero, moving heavy things from one place to another. My turn ons include long walks dragging a heavy tractor tire, thick grips, and Olympic Lifts. Turn offs include trendy gyms, DC parking enforcement and anything that makes me miss workouts.
What is your favorite aspect of Macebell Strength Training?
Rotational strength, endurance, shoulder stability. It was love at first rotation. <<<=== Thats the company line but to keep it real I Love how barbaric it makes me feel and look.

I think Maulitia is great because who saw horrible puns coming from old timey excercise enthusiasts? It's a double shot really.

No video yet. I have a regular cam corder and I may shoot some video before I leave, or wait until I get back in January. Either way a computer savvy buddy said he would try and help me put it online, so hopefully that gets done sooner rather than later.

Hi Warren,glad you liked the Olympic complex.Each week I am filming new stuff and putting it on Youtube.Later today I'll have a cool Macebell one up.Try out the "Kibshii" workout either with kettlebells or with dumbells,the weights and the reps stay the same and you progress by reducing the rest time.Now I am up to 5 sets with only 30 sec.rest in between---it has me smoked!!!!
