are these custom? did you screw them in or weld them? what is your steel ball source? i just build one with a steel shotput...what i didn't think of was the lead inside melts far sooner than the steel outside...so it literally shot molten lead at us…

I'm a dentist looking to train totally opposite from the hunched over way i work all day. this mace action is like meditation to me now. i can't walk by my 10kg without grabbing it.
