Double KB Swings alternating with Double KB Front Squats (total weight 120lbs) 10x2
360s for 3x20 @ 25lbs
Scoop front walk and head in to make homemade chicken noodle soup!!
Well it the new year so it's time to start training towards a slimmer summer. Yes already, why because I have found the older I get the longer it takes me to get to the same destination.
