todays workout out

just finished my work out for today. 100 360's  12.5 kg mace. 100 hindu squats.macebell getups 10 each side.100 Mjollnirs 50 each side.i ended the workout with 100 more 360's and 20 macebell levers. overall im pretty well spent. went to the gym lastnight and did heavy deadlift partials and 100 360s and open mat ( submission grappling)

What an AWESOME day to workout!!

5 degress and 4 inches of snow on my training area.

255lb T-Bar Deadlift: 5x5

Double KB Swings alternating with Double KB Front Squats (total weight 120lbs) 10x2

360s for 3x20 @ 25lbs

Scoop front walk and head in to make homemade chicken noodle soup!!

5x5 with 10x2 progression

Well it the new year so it's time to start training towards a slimmer summer. Yes already, why because I have found the older I get the longer it takes me to get to the same destination.

  • Side Press: 5x5 = I am using an adjustable macebell for this, but if you're a kettlebell lover you could use them. Each workout I am adding 2.5 lbs to this lift and when I am unable to complete the last set, I just drop it from the…
