I hit 80 reps today!!!!!!!!!!

Ok. very, very excited! I hit 80 swings in a row with the 15kg. Followed by 12 and then 8 swings. I am pretty close to 100 in a row. I think I will back off to macebell work twice a week instead of 3 times a week just so I can better heal up. I am noticing that my muscles and tendons have a very deep soreness in them and I think I have been hitting a little 2 hard and my body will get stronger by doing more healing and get me to the 100 mark.

New PR and light at the end of the tunnel

Today I hit 70 swings in a row, followed by 25 and then 5 that made 100 with the 15kg macebell. The postive energy is awesome and growing. The 100 mark is in definate sight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Another link in the chain!

Today I was able to eliminate another chain of macebell swings altogther. 65-25-10. Hands are feeling very strong. Decided to try ripping a deck of cards in half, got it in two tries. Tried out the move on the Greg Walsh vid posted by Jake, small swaying and then exploding with the swing, feels a lot like the kettlebell snatch from a near dead hang, it might even be the macebell snatch I am not sure. Was only able to crank out a few of them and called it a day.

Greg Walsh Came To My First Seminar... look at him:

Set a new PR today with the 15kg Macebell. 60-20-14-6. I am increasing the length of each chain and trying to keep it down to four sets total. I am working out 4 days a week with the macebell just swings, I am also hitting a 100 kettlebell swings everyday with the 32kg. My work out are very simple but getting pretty intense. Macebell-Kettlebell-push ups and wall walking.

The Macebell for grappling is just scary in all it improves on, feeling the swing of the weight helps with timing… Continue

Better form less reps?

My form is getter noticeably better, however, I can't do as many as before. I was managing a whopping ten swings with the 10kg last week. I gave it break over the weekend and this week I'm able to only manage 7 or 8. My form is much better than before, but, I'm not sure why I can't do as many.
