Well it's a change in weather and time for a change in routine.
Stamina is the name of the game and burning off excess winter weight is the side benefit.
Objective: Do a set of moderately taxing work, then immediately pick up heavy object and quickly walk to other end of track. Immediately do a moderately taxing set of an alternate exercise pick up the weight and return to starting point. Repeat for a predetermined number of sets.
