I did Kayaks for the first time yesterday - 3 sets of 15 reps. SWEET MOTHER OF SASQUATCH! That is one abdominal b***h-slap! An absolutely incredible exercise.

Like Josh Barnett says: "This thing lets you know what kind of shape you're in."

Suggested Routines, Knowing to Move Up

Hello, All.

1) Can anyone here suggest a routine, a program of macebell exercises? Perhaps there are different routines just to keep it from becoming "routine"? (Frankly, I can't imagine being bored with macebell training, but I'd like to be creative with it.)

2) At what point should one move up to an heavier macebell?

3) How does one move the YouTube video from the Macebell Training DVD page to see how much it costs?

just starting

I just recieved my new 10kg macebell and would be up for any suggestions on just starting out.I have to admit it's a lil heavier than i thought but looking forward to the challenge. Any tips would be apprieciated.Thanks, Rob
