Well, stil lbreathing hard, macing makes it awkward to type I've got to say.

Open question re: rotator cuff repair Sx.

Eighteen mos. post shoulder Sx and a huge hernia repair. Shoulder involved shortening collar bone, repairing tears and removing stalagtites. Finished post op therapy and had my belly cut open for a hernia repair. I've been been inactive since the Sx's except for returning to work after a long lay off. My shoulder hurts and I hear and feel the gravel in it. Beyond returning to the shoulder therapy using bands, etc. are there any encouraging words?
