(At least I think it is.)
Ever since my purchase of this macebell, my strength has increased to the point that my friends have noticed it my grappling sessions. All the exercises mentioned have helped to develop me in different ways, but I think accomplishing this motion would be true test of one's mastery over the macebell. It combines the Gravedigger, Levered Curl, 360, and 2-to-7 into one swing. So this is going to be my personal challenge before moving on to the 15kg. Anyone else is welcome to try this as well.
