Ok so here is a breakdown of my current training.

Monday-Wednesday-Friday I run a circuit a deadlift, bent one arm row, one arm over head press, bicep curl. I do each one time and move on to the next, I run it 5 times. I am deadlifting in the 400lbs rows around 200lbs overhead press 110-120lbs and one arm curling 70-75lbs now.

Tuesdays are my PR days with the Macebell. I swing the 45lb macebell with the laser focus intention of getting better, even if it’s just one swing more, then the week before. I demolished last weeks of 45, I hit 53 today in a row and then I power out the remaining till 100 reps. so today it was 53-20-25-2. I then do one handed swings with my homemade 35lb club. I was using the 15kg macebell for one handed swings but it’s to taxing my on my grip and the 35lb club is just enough to still work me but not quite enough to kill my hands. I am experimenting with highlander hammer swings with the 15kg macebell.

Thursdays I got lighter on the macebell swinging. I still get 100 but I go slowly and I don't force reps. I use the 35lb club too.

Everyday has Kettlebell swings and wall walking into a bridge.

Sat and Sun I lock the door to my war room, I don't even want to look in their cause I will want to swing the mace around.
My work outs take about an hour (I shoot for less), I move fast and I hit it hard.
I work the heavy bag for about 30 min every chance I get and I do 50-100 German suplexs on my friends 100lb sandbag when ever his lame ass is home. I should really just make one myself.
As for training catch/gotch style wrestling, it seems a lot of the BJJ guys I roll with seem to have to work a lot these days…. gas is expensive...
